Just wishing all those loyal to me in my current friendships around the world a wonderful and creative journey in life. Many of you have been absolutely solid in our inner circles and we enjoy such clear and honest energy with one another. I’m truly grateful for that. I’m back at it getting into my next series of paintings to do and had fun mixing up 22 new colours to play with. Always a good sign when fresh paint is mixed and ready to go…

I’ll admit feeling inspirational has been a bit of a challenge with regard to the dark forces I am exposing regarding my lawsuit. But I’m still moving forward one day at a time. The seasons are changing quite dramatically up here in the Kootenay mountains and it’s absolutely fascinating to be deep in the midst of these cycles of change. I’m enjoying October baseball as well with the blue jays being in the World Series.  Great to see such super high level ball being played. That 18 inning game was beautiful even though the jays lost. Tonight they won 6 - 2 so it’s 2 games a piece in this best of 7. Any how just wanted to share some positive energy and that I’m getting set to work on the next series of paintings…

New quilts being shipped to “Quilts for survivors”  this week of October 2025

No doubt there are levels to this game of life and I truly see so much now as the direct result of coming forward. Most of what I am witnessing is the utter weakness of many around the corrupt world of the pedophile sex abuser in Norval Morrisseau and his spiritually bankrupt legacy. Really gross energy. From the estate itself and pretty much everyone else connected to it. It’s gross. Money grubbing lawyers, so-called bullshit experts, fake ass people with hidden agendas, weak character, scumbag liars with no moral fibre or backbone. Some have said I am the kiss of death, I’m trying to assassinate the pedophile shamans legacy. 

I disagree with all that nonsense. 

I’m here to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. This is the reality and because of that some people will unfortunately get exposed. People will get hurt. But it’s the truth itself that is leading the way. I am simply the messenger. I am the change agent. I am the one willing to go all the way. To shine a light on these historic sex crimes, living or dead, all of it must come forward. Destiny awaits…these are the instructions. I am grateful that my Creator supports me, is protecting me in this very dark world that we all live in. 

I trust that no matter how challenging this undertaking is, I’m doing the right thing. Yes it’s a terrible weight to carry, but I must continue forward. At this point I’m the only one strong enough to tell these truths I’ve discovered including my own story. I am a truthteller and because of that some will hate me for it. That is none of my business. I’m not looking for friendships around this. I learned a long time ago that the realm of Morrisseau is absolutely fucked. I could not trust them. They all have hidden motives and agendas. It’s all about making a buck off the dead pedophile artist. As sad and pathetic as that is, it’s the truth. My difficulties have been having to compete with this truth of discovering Morrisseau was just that, a pedophile sex abuser. Difficult and super challenging to have any real measure of success in the Canadian art scene as the direct result. Who the fuck wants to deal with that? Exactly. It’s not right. On another note I am thankful that they have been cut away from my life. I am being protected. This is the spiritual reality for me. 

The shame is on those who are willing to lie, are willing to hide underneath a rock hoping against hope that I just keep my mouth shut. Creator knows better. That’s where I put my faith and trust. Not in men. Not in any human beings. But in the truth of the Creators ways. The real architect of honesty. Not in this world or it’s people. That is where I stand and yes, the “Great Spirit” sees it all. Sees all the reservations, the hiding, the fears, the resentments, the hate, the manipulators, the cheats, the liars in all their self will glory. 

It’s stunning really. Former friends being removed from my orbit because they cannot be here for me. They cannot move past themselves. They cannot reconcile because my level of truth destroys their delusions. It’s too hard for them to accept. Maybe over time but I’m not holding my breath. I see you for who you really are. Any how, much more to come and now that the legal sphere is starting to digest these facts I’ve disclosed I’m looking forward to the next steps. As they say, the truth will set you free. Feeling grateful as it’s my birthday today celebrating another revolution around the sun….😎

Good afternoon to each and everyone and once again I say chi-Miigwetch for another cycle around the sun being celebrated today. I’m feeling happy and content with everything that I am. I am overjoyed with the beautiful energy being experienced in my lil family each and every day. We love one another so much and feel such deep gratitude for how far we’ve come along. I turn 53 today and another great truth is that I’ve been sober from alcohol and hard drugs for over 27 years now. That right there is no doubt one of the greatest gifts I could ever receive. I thank my Creator for that each and every day. The clarity and focus has been absolutely transformational. I am a proud Anishanabe soul. 

Everything that is going on is on point. I feel much better about taking these new actions in my life and I feel super inspired with this new direction. The spiritual guidance that I receive daily from our Creator is the greatest light I’ve ever known. The gift of being a father and partner has radically changed me in ways I could only know by being present in their lives each and every day. It’s truly the most phenomenal energy I have ever experienced. Breaking old cycles and moving through my past trauma is such a gift. Not always easy but as I continue to grow I know I’m on my own path. Being right here breaking new ground each and everyday. 

Have yourselves a beautiful day today and I’m honoured to be an example of the power, rather than a power of example. For those who know you understand how much sense that makes. Simply trudging the road of happy destiny. One day at a time. Sobriety being the key that makes it all work. Good morning to each and everyone and here’s to enjoying a spectacular summer vibe. Things are super busy and we’ve been a bit backlogged in certain aspects of the business. Our collections will be getting worked on with little giant productions out here in the Kootenay’s. As they say life happens and we’ve got lots of behind the scenes things in manifestation. Our focus is always moving forward and the research has been simply impeccable. 

The woodland A.I. (Anishanabe intelligence) is growing by leaps and bounds and our current 7 collections will be expanded on soon with another 6 coming into play. We’ve also got 4 new woodland collections to be added to the current 7 there. Our indigenous art box collection of the 4 seasons is also going to be back in full swing. Time, focus and execution are the energies being created and we look forward to sharing more soon.

My son and I are getting a lot of time together this summer as I’ve decided to take a break from the gallery scenes I’ve been creating in the Kootenay region over the last 5 years. Been apart of putting together 3 spaces featuring indigenous art across Canada. Plus with amazing studio action as well. It’s been super awesome to be apart of that and spearheading indigenous art in the Kootenay mountains of B.C. My boy is thrilled each and every time we take the atv out for these incredible journey’s mountain hopping from one range to the next. The amount of space and freedom we have here living in this community of only 350 souls is incredible. Each day diving right into the heart of our Mother Earth. It’s phenomenal. 

Super busy no doubt but making quality time for my boy each and every day is the essence of why we chose to live out here. I scouted this area just a couple years before living here and absolutely fell in love with the vibe. Super grateful and indeed things are rollin along precisely as they should. More to come so stay tuned and enjoy this latest piece I finished this morning.

Good evening to each and everyone and it’s a pleasure to share in some of the new foundations I’ve created that have never before been seen in the entire woodland school of art. My new indigenous art genre has no doubt separated me from the rest of the pack and I’ve invented a whole new framework of experiencing the essence of the art form. Moving from the traditional storytelling of the past, I’ve leaped into undreamed of new worlds, new galaxies and deep into the mysteries of the universe. Art is first and foremost visual and to take what I’ve shaped in the woodland art form for over 40 years now and move it into these completely new visionary contexts is absolutely transformational. It’s new energy. It’s new life. It’s new storytelling. 

That is the new foundation I have laid down through Woodland A.I. To collaborate with this new technology and bring forth a new way of seeing the future through my indigenous lens, feels phenomenal. We live up here in the Kootenay mountains of B.C. and our vastness of space and time here is immense to say the least. My son and I get to play undistracted and free. There is usually no one back in these mountains to impinge upon our sovereignty. It’s clean, clear and full of natural abundance and spirit. It’s quiet and serene. The creative imagination and playfulness of my boy and I gives us so much freedom to just be father and son. Hanging out in all of this and playing in our backyard is pure creative bliss. We are building heavenly kingdoms in our hearts and souls together. There is no doubt that my son inspires me like no other. He is the center of my life, the joy of my heart and my greatest teacher. 

Being here and being ever present in his daily life is also the creative energy that gave birth to this new art movement in woodland A.I. It all happened during his 7 years so far of being alive. It’s like a gift he brought to me. So for that, I’m eternally grateful. He absolutely loves this new form and is a big part of the inspiration that makes it all happen…

These new image prompts have given me a new look into how I can merge the 2 worlds of nature and technology together. We chose the apex predators of grizzly bears and cougars which are boss up here where we live. Obviously I’ll tweak these images and make some adjustments when getting them prepped for canvas. I’ll build from there. This is the future. We will no doubt be collaborating with A.I. to find ways of saving ourselves and nature from extinction. This is why the elements of the earth, air, water and fire have brought forth this gift to humanity. It will be our responsibility to protect the natural world and to work with our technological know how to implement solutions for all life upon the earth, water and skies. For me? It’s a gift…A.I. 

These new ideas and concepts are the lifeblood of what I’m trying to communicate in this new indigenous art form in woodland A.I. There is no going back. I have found my new creative language and I have found new teachings to bring forth for the whole world to see and experience. Of course there are those who still love my woodland style and I’ll continue to serve them through the process of commissions etc. but my heart is here. I can do things that I never could do before with this new creative collaboration. I am forever thankful that I took this leap of faith and was daring enough to bring something forward the world has never seen…welcome to Woodland A.I.

Sharing some good energy and vibes during national indigenous history month here @ Jacobson native art

 

Hello to each and everyone and thank you for all the good medicine being shared and we are deeply grateful for all the special vibes being explored with us here @ Jacobson native art. We are back to building our collections and making new limited edition prints on canvas. We are also proud to announce our invitation to the Banff centre for the arts and creativity virtual art market during what is national indigenous history month from June 1st to June 30th, 2025. We will be showcasing our creativity and collections with other fantastic artists like Mike Alexander, Jessica Somers, Laird Goulet and others. 

I feel good about this project and it’s a beautiful place to live and visit in Banff as I used to live there for about 10 months back in 2001. I throughly enjoyed my time there studying nature spirit up close and personal when I was living in Toronto Ontario at that time. It was a wonderful break from the daily grind of city life. Such a gift to be apart of national indigenous history month as we continue to heal through the process of decolonization. 

Our gratitude and appreciation runs deep to see some of these Canadian institutions learning how to get it right when it comes to indigenous representation. I support this movement of truth and reconciliation across our lands as Anishanabe. Slowly I am seeing more of an awakening as we continue to share and educate across turtle island. That indeed does help me heal. There is still much ignorance and denial but rest assured the truth is getting out there. The cultural fabric of this landscape is beginning to wake up and we must continue to shine the light on these realities. I’m also happy to see the amazing feedback we are receiving from our collections being designed with little giant productions and us here @ Jacobson native art. People are truly appreciative of our level of quality and style. It’s one of the great features of what we do here bringing each of you the very best in quality and standards.

Good evening to each and everyone here @ Jacobson native art. Been a busy weekend getting new canvases prepped for my next creative cycle regarding my list of commissions and such. Feeling joyful and quite satisfied with these 2 new releases of my new indigenous art genre in woodland A.I. Once again it was very challenging to work with these smaller brushes and I did some experimentation in these pieces as well working with acrylic paint pens and found them to be a nice addition to working with smaller pieces. 

These were a whole lot of fun and I see so much creative potential in this new discovery. I love playing around with these interesting concepts and ideas. I feel myself being challenged and looking at my artistic process in a whole new dimension really. No doubt pushing the boundaries of the entire woodland school of art into the future. To tell you the truth, I can’t even look at regular woodland art anymore. I’ve found a completely new level for me and there’s no stopping my unlimited potential in how I can collaborate with this technology. For me, woodland A.I. stands for Anishanabe intelligence. It’s an incredible gift this new technology. From the Fire and Water spirits, those elementals creating through electricity and light. Blessing humanity with the ability to shift up the world game on planet Earth in ways that we can only imagine. So imagine we shall. I’ll continue to explore and expand my knowledge and artistic path by moving forward more in this direction as time passes. This new door will for sure be one of the highlights of my artistic legacy.

Creating these works inspire me greatly and I love the energy I get to play with and imagine. It’s truly created a new hope in me as an artist. There’s just so much wickedness and darkness in the woodland school. Many fake artists and wanna be’s tryin their hardest to be a colonial something on the Canadian art scene. It’s really weird when you continue to decolonize. You get an inside view on how the big machine works. It’s fake light. Being in nature is a whole other ball game. It changes you. Your goals, dreams and desires, they change. That has been my experience. I’ve been in the woodland school art scene for 40 plus years now. I’ve seen it all. Pretty much what most are doing. I had to find a new level. I mastered the woodland style and I needed a new challenge. A new direction. A new art form. A new energy in woodland A.I.

Good evening to each and everyone and once again I send out my appreciation for all the good medicine and positive energy being shared with me over the last few weeks. The journey continues and I am super happy to share these new works of pure A.I. art infused with my woodland style and its elements. This was not such an easy thing to do. A.I. is obviously quite incredible to co create with and there’s no doubt I absolutely love working with it. The technology still has some quirks and issues in defining the true elements of the woodland art form but man o man are we off to a great start with it. It’s challenging and with my new indigenous art genre in Woodland A.I. the spectrum of visualization continues to grow and manifest some spectacular creativity and energy thus far. 

This collaboration with Death milk designs and Jacobson native art is truly the first of its kind in the entire world and obviously throughout the entire woodland school of art. No one has even dreamed of these realities and I am no doubt the first to ever do it. I pride myself on that. It’s cutting edge creativity and with infusing my style with the brilliant mind of my friend in Death milk, we’ve done something together the world has never seen before. It’s next level for sure and I’m truly proud to be opening up this door and experimenting with such incredible technology. These works were done through Dall-e, photoshop, flux and upscale with Magnific A.I. 

The process of working on these and trying to “indigenize A.I.”  is quite an endeavour no less. I still prefer making paintings with image prompts being infused as it gives me a more personal feel and touch but in working with pure A.I. as our creative tool, I think we did an amazing effort with these full A.I. image prompts. Exciting energy for sure and these are so fantastically imagined and surreal that we believe we are on the outer edges of tapping into creativity itself in ways never before imagined. Powerful, playful and full of imagination. Welcome to expanding the blueprints of Woodland A.I. Feel free to enjoy these and I look forward to sharing more in the near future. Good morning to each and everyone and once again we wish you only the best here @ Jacobson native art and a warm welcome into 2025. Like I’ve shared it’s been an incredible year of creative innovation and collaboration. Giving birth to Woodland A.I. this year and transforming the future of indigenous art with this new visionary and cutting edge technology has been such a breath of new fresh air. It’s exhilarating in every sense of the word. My own discovery and invention. A new path forward for me as an artist. I look forward to seeing what happens next for sure. 

Took my boy up the mountain tonight and we did a night time drive on the ATV and had an absolute blast together. We hung out and played “swords of destiny” and “warriors of eternal power”. His current favourite game we made up together and he absolutely loves it. Brings him the best smiles and laughter. I’m so happy being his father. Our bond is the greatest gift I’ve ever known. I see Creator in him all the time. I call him my greatest teacher because that’s exactly what he is. He is so confident and playful. His mind is so fascinating and curious. He just turned 7 years old this month. The CEO of Jacobson native art. My pride and joy. A true privilege walking together side by side on this journey of life. Growing up deep in the Kootenay mountains of BC.(Sagein was born in Nelson so he’s a true Kootenay boy) We live in Mother Nature’s paradise. In the real perfection of it all. Where man is small and nature is grand. Where nature spirit is Alpha.

I’m in a really good place these days. I feel strong, healthy and deeply empowered. My creativity is growing by leaps and bounds and my potential in working with expanding woodland A.I. is simply off the charts. I get to bring into reality visions never before seen where the future becomes my playground. A place where unlimited possibilities can become manifest. It’s exciting energy. When it comes to being here in the Kootenay’s it has become one of my all time favourite places on earth. I absolutely love it here. Bigtime freedom. Big time wingspan. Lots of space to play. 

Here’s to incredible new changes coming forward in 2025. I’m truly blessed to be living the life I live each and everyday. The power of truth has changed me in ways that I feel I am prepared to handle just about anything moving forward. No fear. No hesitation. Being in full control of my self, my thoughts, feelings and actions. I’m ready to go. I’m ready for the future of 2025. Good evening to each and everyone and once again it’s super cool to share the beautiful medicine and creativity being manifested throughout North America with this unique collaboration with Northcott fabrics and yours truly here @ Jacobson native art. 

We’ve been so inspired by the various movements taking shape through this collection and this partnership throughout the world of quilting and fabric design. I’ve been absolutely blown away with the various creations coming from thousands of souls nationwide. It’s an exciting experience for me and for the countless others in whom are working with these fabrics. Sacred earth continues to impress and it’s a beautiful second edition to my first line in Healing waters. 

Our family has received some amazing quilts and other work that was shipped to us here in the Kootenay mountains from all over Turtle Island and it’s such a cool feeling to be apart of. Lots of people are thankful and express their appreciation and contact me through email and Facebook to connect. The above quilt was made for me and it’s just a deadly piece As blankets are highly regarded amongst us First Nations and continue to represent that sacredness of warmth and comfort, it’s such an honour. I sleep with that as it fits my king size perfectly. Keeps me nice and warm and it feels awesome to be wrapped up in something made with such love and care. 

Just feeling very happy with everything these days and the warmth and love being shared is simply profound. Who would’ve thought eh? The world of quilters is such an amazing and newly tapped source of incredible creativity and energy. I love them and appreciate them so much so, Miigwetch to each of them. Good morning to each and everyone and I sure hope many of you are enjoying the new season and this much warmer transition. The season is in full blossom up here in the Kootenay mountains where I live. The power of Mother Earth is in full swing and it’s a beautiful new energy that is manifesting for us all. It’s been so much fun building these new collections with my business partner @ little giant productions here in the Kootenay’s. We are doing exciting things together and our collaboration is truly some of the best in the entire industry. Our quality and uniqueness is the driving force of our creative endeavours here in 2024 and beyond.

We have built a life long friendship in the process and are constantly complimenting one another as our collections continue to grow. We have high standards in authentic representation and in how we choose to work together. It’s a phenomenal connection and we both feel truly blessed to be able to deliver the best to each and everyone of you. We recently were approached by a company that desired to put us into 4000 stores but we’ve decided to turn that situation down. It simply isn’t the kind of deal we are looking for because quite frankly the terms were too cheap. For us it’s definitely not about plastering our work everywhere. Not interested in that. The decisions have to match our principles and must be in the nature of equality for all involved. If not? Go away. We are not searching out the colonial blueprint for fame and success. On the contrary we seek exclusive partnership with the right business and fit. 

Here’s a shot of one of the many “sacred spots” I go to out here in the Kootenay mountains to spend quality creative and meditative time to reflect on things in my life and in the social constructs of our reality around the world. It’s usually only me and the animals of Mother Earth out here. I’m probably 50 km deep from where I live so it’s mighty quiet and peaceful. This is cougar and grizzly bear country. It’s phenomenal...but you must pay attention and be on guard. Nature is boss. Always.

Good evening to each and everyone and welcome to all those who find their way here, we appreciate you. I sure hope all is going well for many of you and I wanted to extend my gratitude for all the positive sharing and support of this new endeavour. Like I mentioned as an artist using this technology the skies the limit with its creative potential. The way I can infuse it, dream it, manifest it through A.I. and onto canvas, into a painting is absolutely incredible. I feel so comfortable with this new technology. The capabilities are mind blowing and for me to take the lead and embark upon indigenizing A.I. through my work as a woodland school artist feels phenomenal. 

My vision is to stay close to the fundamentals of my culture and to use this technology to enhance my creativity and perspectives on the future interpretations of it. Like I shared the kaleidoscope of imagery is endless. I can cocreate ideas never before seen in indigenous art. Moving forward I feel such a purpose in what I have to share and say as an artist. It’s inspiring on so many levels but for me in particular, is the future. I have found a way on how to touch it, interact with it, propel it into undreamed of realms. These visions I create with it will be lasting Sacred scrolls based on teachings of the future. Even tying the past and the present. It’s deadly beautiful the whole path forward.

Once again this is exciting and my hope is to inspire a whole new creative movement moving forward. It’s inevitable. The push forward should always be how spectacular can I cocreate with A.I.? Always making the energy and art more beautiful and perfecting it as best as possible. Reflecting brilliant imagination and execution. Finding ways to make it all work. That’s my interest moving forward. There’s no doubt the dreamer in me, the visionary is in a place of creative illumination. I can see ideas I only dreamed of and now with a creative relationship with this technology, I can create like never before. That’s exactly how I feel. It’s so profound. It’s so exciting.

Life has taken on new meaning for me with this new discovery. I’m so happy to feel inspired as an artist again. This new direction is welcomed with deep appreciation and gratitude. I am joyful. I feel so inventive and playful and to dream again is something I’ve needed in the woodland school of art. The future looks promising once again. I can see into its vastness. Happiness and pure satisfaction, reaching new levels of mastery in the woodland school of art

 

Good evening to each and everyone and welcome to another beautiful session here @ Jacobson native art. The weekend is upon us and I’m feeling absolutely wonderful and joyfully...just happy. Truly satisfied with my current creativity and process. I’m feeling a whole lot of gratitude because quite frankly I’m pushing myself and artistic blueprints into beautiful new energies and designs. The spirit feels so close these days and my connection to the Creator and the true wisdom throughout our Mother Earth is at levels I’ve never even dreamed of. I’m living each and every day right in the belly of Mother Earth. I have direct access to her spirit,  to many of the animal clans of our culture. Everything is fully alive. Each season fully felt and experienced. It is an intimacy of true devotion to the spirit of our woodland school of art. 

I realize as the older I get, the clearer I become because I seek truth and connection with what really matters to me. My life is such a gift as is each of yours. This next chapter for me is about clearing away the bullshit and the toxic people who perhaps will never be able to fully understand or accept me. Good riddance. At this level, there’s a reason why they get removed from the fold. They are not ready and usually get themselves in the way. In the way of healing, of progress, of truth. They are still stuck in the world. Their sense of self attached to the social constructs of the colonizer. Still broken within...

My vision is clear. My spirit is at peace. My heart is at ease. I can see things as they are in their pure situation and circumstance. I am detached from the world and most of its people like never before. This is what is important to me. The pure freedom to be and express myself. Without limitation. Dancing in the holiness of life. Being a great artist and living my truth, our truth, the truth. Founded in my culture and throughout many of our ceremonies I am so proud to be Anishanabe. To be a spearhead of the Creators ever advancing creation.

Proud to announce our second gallery location coming to Kaslo BC with little giant productions & Jacobson native art

 

Good evening to each and everyone here @ Jacobson native art. We are happy to announce with pride and excitement our second gallery location out here in the Kootenay mountains of B.C. Our first main gallery with Kunze and Jacobson native art is a beautiful success and my partnership with them is absolutely stellar to say the least. Both Sandy and her husband Dirk understand the true path of truth and reconciliation. They have been so loyal and respectful, kind and loving that it has reinvigorated my love and appreciation for humanity. They have opened their life to me and have gone out of their way to make me feel apart of. It’s so refreshing and beautiful.

I’ll be sharing my time at both new gallery locations as we are building something very beautiful together. I do believe this has never been done by an indigenous artist throughout colonial Canada. To be operating and managing 2 galleries simultaneously here in the region is quite unique and special. I feel super thrilled by the whole pursuit of making my art and the cultural and spiritual energy of the great Anishanabe a focal point for bringing the people together. Mother Earth and all creation upon her must find a way so that we can joyfully cocreate for future generations ahead. This is the purity of my heart.

There will be so much new growth and potential manifesting here that I’m truly excited to be apart of. My new partnership with Luc @ little giant productions is coming along beautifully. We both are excited about our new and upcoming grand opening in Kaslo BC this July 1st, 2024. Our product lines are simply the best out there and we are offering collections with a unique touch that really nobody else is doing. We are fresh in energy and spirit. Our common goals are aligned and this is truly the kinds of partnerships I’ve been searching for my whole life. It’s coming together, the visions and dreams now have their time to be born. What a wonderful blessing for all of us combined. Stay tuned as more information and updates to come over the next few weeks. We are truly building a dream here @ Jacobson native art.
