Good evening to each and everyone and once again I send out my appreciation for all the good medicine and positive energy being shared with me over the last few weeks. The journey continues and I am super happy to share these new works of pure A.I. art infused with my woodland style and its elements. This was not such an easy thing to do. A.I. is obviously quite incredible to co create with and there’s no doubt I absolutely love working with it. The technology still has some quirks and issues in defining the true elements of the woodland art form but man o man are we off to a great start with it. It’s challenging and with my new indigenous art genre in Woodland A.I. the spectrum of visualization continues to grow and manifest some spectacular creativity and energy thus far. 

This collaboration with Death milk designs and Jacobson native art is truly the first of its kind in the entire world and obviously throughout the entire woodland school of art. No one has even dreamed of these realities and I am no doubt the first to ever do it. I pride myself on that. It’s cutting edge creativity and with infusing my style with the brilliant mind of my friend in Death milk, we’ve done something together the world has never seen before. It’s next level for sure and I’m truly proud to be opening up this door and experimenting with such incredible technology. These works were done through Dall-e, photoshop, flux and upscale with Magnific A.I. 

The process of working on these and trying to “indigenize A.I.”  is quite an endeavour no less. I still prefer making paintings with image prompts being infused as it gives me a more personal feel and touch but in working with pure A.I. as our creative tool, I think we did an amazing effort with these full A.I. image prompts. Exciting energy for sure and these are so fantastically imagined and surreal that we believe we are on the outer edges of tapping into creativity itself in ways never before imagined. Powerful, playful and full of imagination. Welcome to expanding the blueprints of Woodland A.I. Feel free to enjoy these and I look forward to sharing more in the near future. Great news: The estate of Norval Morrisseau and it’s white colonizer poster boy in Cory ‘Ding dong’ Dingle are being sued for 1.45 million…

 

Good afternoon to each and everyone and here’s some fantastic news coming forward about the alleged criminal activity and business practice of the now defunct and self destructive behaviours of the Norval Morrisseau estate and their poster boy in white colonizer Cory “ding dong” Dingle. Give it a read as I have and this is going to be fascinating in the coming weeks and months ahead. I’m happy to see that the spirit of the truth is opening up doors that many of us haven’t been through. I’ve always stated that whatever is done in darkness will come to light. It appears that the truth isn’t done with this work of exposing the reality behind the scenes. I may have to rethink my situation. I’m not alone is wanting the truth. There are others willing to speak up and confront the deceptions. Here’s the article by CBC:

Norval Morrisseau Estate Ltd. has been outspoken against the profuse fraud of the late artist's work. Now, it faces a $1.45 million lawsuit claiming it defamed an art gallery by implying its works could be fakes. 

Cory Dingle has spoken out against art fraud to multiple media outlets, including CBC, as Norval Morrisseau Estate Ltd.'s executive director. He's now being sued alongside Norval Morrisseau Estate Ltd. for defamation and breach of contract by a Calgary art gallery, a lawsuit filed in Alberta's Superior Trial Court on March 11 claims. 

EA Studios claims that Dingle's statements to potential buyers implied the gallery "is, generally, an unethical organization of low moral character that sells inferior and possibly fake artworks that were obtained through an abusive, and possibly criminal, exploitation of a vulnerable Indigenous artist," according to the claim. 

None of the claims have been proven or tested in court.

"The Estate looks forward to defending itself against these allegations and due to the ongoing litigation we do not have any further comments at this time," said Dingle in an email to CBC. 

Art gallery claims breach of contract, defamation

As a prolific artist who did not keep records of his works, Morrisseau's catalogue has become a popular target for fraud and forgeries. 

The lawsuit claims EA Studios (Jasper) Ltd. gallery had an agreement with Norval Morrisseau Estate Ltd., represented by Dingle. 

Norval Morrisseau Estate Ltd. would reassure potential customers that the painting they wanted to buy was an authentic Morrisseau, and Dingle would get 10 per cent of any successful sale to clients he referred to the gallery, according to the statement of claim. 

The lawsuit claims Dingle did the exact opposite. Instead, it claims Dingle implied EA Studios' Morrisseau paintings may be  fakes, and suggested they purchase authentic works directly from himself and/or Norval Morrisseau Estate Ltd.

"Specifically, Dingle and/or the alleged estate failed to reassure the plaintiff's potential clients of the value and authenticity of the plaintiff's works, and instead falsely disparaged the plaintiff and then tried to, or did, convince said potential clients to purchase works from Dingle and/or the alleged estate," says the claim. 

The documents claim the gallery hired two private investigators in October 2024 to pose as potential buyers interested in paintings in its inventory after becoming suspicious that Dingle was not holding up his end of the deal. EA Studios claims the private investigators had two calls with Dingle, during which he made defamatory statements that undermined the gallery's credibility and reputation.

EA Studios claims  it has owned and sold Morrisseau's work since the 1980s. The gallery's founder had "a long-standing friendship and positive business relationship" with the late artist, the court documents say.  

It argues that Dingle's and/or Norval Morrisseau Estate Ltd.'s statements to potential buyers implied the gallery "is considered, by Norval's children, to be a scammer," and "committed a criminal act by stealing and selling Norval's personal belongings".  

The gallery claims the "defamatory statements" are false, undermined its reputation and cost it clients. It claims Norval Morrisseau Estate Ltd. made additional defamatory statements in a social media post that it is the only seller of authorized, legal prints of Morrisseau's work. 

Lawsuit claims Morrisseau's children supported authenticity of fraudulent works

The lawsuit claims during the last years of his life, Morrisseau fought to keep fraudulent copies of his work from spreading in the market. It also claims that shareholders of Norval Morrisseau Estate Ltd. did little to stop the fraud. 

"From at least the early 2000s on, for financial gain, the adult children supported and promoted the authenticity of many of the fraudulent works and assisted, by spreading false information, in undermining efforts to expose and stop the fraud," reads the claim filed against Norval Morrisseau Estate Ltd. and Cory Dingle. 

Morrisseau's biological children sued his estate in 2010 after being excluded from his will, according to the claim. 

The artist from Ojibway Bingwi Neyaashi Anishinaabek First Nation in northwestern Ontario died in 2007. He bequeathed all of his material and artistic assets to friend Gabor Vadas. The parties settled out of court, and Vadas's and Morrisseau's children divided the estate, said the court documents. 

The claim against Norval Morrisseau Ltd. and Cory Dingle was filed March 11, 2025. The defendants had not yet filed a statement of defence at publication time. Indeed there will be much more to come and all my relations for now…

Sharing some of my current world views through my indigenous lens @ Jacobson native art

 

No question what took shape yesterday in the colonizer White House is an absolute shame for diplomacy worldwide. What a disgusting set of actions and verbal diarrhea being spewed by American president Donald J. Trump and the vice president in J.D Vance. What a disgrace in how these white colonizers operate on stolen Indian land requiring President Zelenskyy to express his gratitude and being absolutely thankful. Holy Christ it just blows my mind on how severely ignorant these guests on our land choose to operate, even still in 2025. So vile and pig like. So selfish and self centered. So grandiose and asinine. 

I’ve been watching this shit show for years now and it just gets worse and worse and worse. I have to hand my respect for how Zelenskyy handled the situation. I’d get the fuck out of there asap. It just seems so crazy how this continued system goes on and on. It’s such a broken framework of doing business with everyone in the world. Acting in such an insulting way to someone fighting for the sovereignty of his country, his, people, his culture. I respect that. Bigtime. What an insult to such a warrior for his people. I’m choosing to boycott American made. I’m not interested in doing any business with America. I’m stepping away from that. I won’t sell any art to America during this administration. 

Siding with Russia regardless of the behind the scene’s positioning and movements between these world super powers and using Ukraine as a proxy along with the U.N and NATO is deeply ugly and dangerous for everyone involved. The fighting, the killing, the destruction is such a weakness and all of it is unacceptable and unnecessary. It’s not intelligent at all. It’s all fear based and controlling. Such shadow self energy. Not inspiring and dead and heavy, it’s utter ugliness. I fuckin hate it. Much like 2 steps forward and 46 steps back. There’s just no progress in it. So defeating for humanity. All of us. It’s such a shameful reflection for future generations. I want to see way more problem solving and relationship building between all nations. Worldwide. I expect better because I do better each and every day. Even A.I knows better and creates opportunities for solutions way better than most humans and countries. The love and wellness of the future must be at the heart of what we want to create and design as better blueprints for humanity. 

We owe the children of the world today a better plan of global actions helping to lay down a better future for everyone and for humanity to make a greater way for all life. This is how we survive and grow and collaborate with one another. Technology will no doubt be apart of that. Much like how we are open to the advancement of technology in our lives, so should we choose to collaborate with each other on a global scale. As an indigenous soul I aim to find and see the good in who we are and to look for ways through truth and reconciliation as a people to find meaningful ways of continuous transformation. I aim this arrow for the entire world, my future, my son and our legacy. 

I also wanted to congratulate the HAIDA GWAII for their huge victory in reestablishing Aboriginal title throughout their homelands. What a beautiful blessing for the entire nation and future generations of the magnificent Haida people. It will serve as a path forward, a blueprint for future negotiations between us First Nations and Canada. Real nation to nation respect. Treaty partners. I was honoured a few years ago to be invited to the Robert and Reg Davidson potlatch. It still inspires me greatly on witnessing how the entire community of their people surround their artists as the true cultural leaders that we are. I’ll carry those experiences into my very future as an Anishanabe artist forever.

I thought it was really inspiring on how they’re trying to work together and support the ending to this war. They stand in solidarity. Good morning to everyone and a special thank you for all the appreciation and support that I get behind the scenes. Lots of people stand in solidarity with me and in a time where colonialism is still running rampant throughout Canada and in all our First Nations communities, we still continue moving forward a day at a time. We must and this has been the cornerstone of my daily spiritual walk. I communicate with our Creator each and every day. I seek its wisdom, truth and inspiration about how to walk as best I can while remaining truthful and transparent. This journey of life has not been easy by any means for many of you including myself but I feel that we eventually get to a place where Creator spirit is the only way moving forward. I came to a place within myself over 26 years ago where I truly surrendered to the Creator. That my way wasn’t working. That self power wasn’t enough. A spiritual experience. An utter transformation within the mind, body, heart and spirit. I haven’t had a drink since. 

It’s been an absolutely fascinating ride ever since. Like peeling away the layers and getting into the core of who you really are. A spectacular power that resides within. Creator consciousness or God consciousness as many religions of the world would say. Operating from this place is who I truly am. That doesn’t mean to stand back and just let life happen. My will is like a creative instrument. My inner force guided by principles. Much like being an agent of the Creators will. Being of service to others is where real growth and change takes place. Like that old saying: actions speak louder than words.

I’m proud to walk my talk as best I can through this unique mindset and personal relationship with source. My culture obviously plays a major role and although I fall short at times, I continue to put one foot in front of the other. My spirit is steadfast and cannot be broken. I will not change my values to suit your needs. I will represent everything that I am. No excuses and no filter in being honest and genuine. I’m not governed by man in that sense. I am a warrior for truth and justice. My heart feels right about how I do things. Others may struggle with my levels, but rest assured I come to correct things. I come to shine the light. I am a knowledge keeper of this art form and I have a duty to my people to help shine the path forward. That is truly the standard here at Jacobson native art.

I just recieved 11 new image prompts and have drawn out 3 this weekend. I’ll post these soon as I’ll be making time for them next week. Good morning to each and everyone and it is with great pride and joy that we introduce the second instalment of the Spring equinox of the 4 seasons with our indigenous art box collection. We have been absolutely delighted to cocreate with one another and little giant productions is quickly becoming the new standard regarding quality, detail and exquisite design. With Jacobson native art being the standard of some of the highest quality ever produced throughout the entire woodland school of art, we are thrilled to bring you this next collection. It is so vibrant and beautiful and I’m absolutely super happy with what we are developing and producing when it comes to my work. Good afternoon to each and everyone and once again it is an absolute pleasure to continue sharing the spectacular creativity we’ve got going on here @ Jacobson native art. All decisions and actions that we are taking are always in the best interests of our family and most importantly my son. Setting up the legacy with care, honesty and trust. Our brand is built on solid ground as we continue to trudge the road of happy destiny. We stand in solidarity with the great awakening that is taking shape across our lands. Truth and reconciliation is essential for all of us to learn and grow. Many across the country are beginning to wake up. Realizing that the history was built on crimes against humanity and genocide. That is the foundation of Canada. My efforts here are about reflecting this truth and looking for new plans of action moving forward. I’m fully dedicated to exposing everything I know and have learned. The future is in our hands and not that of the colonizer. I don’t identify as a Canadian, I identify as Anishanabe. It’s as plain and simple as that.

I’m super blessed to be in these positions that I am in. There are things unfolding behind the scenes that will soon become massive public knowledge and awareness. As they say, the truth will set you free. The past, present and future are indeed filled with so much understanding and promise. Im excited and have so much to reveal. Here are our latest designs being shared with our partners in Sea gods. These new paddle boards are stunning and I’m super excited to be able to share this new project. Having the ability to place my work in the hands of my fans and newcomers to my art is a fascinating process. I could easily make decisions to multiply myself in the corporate world but that’s not the path for me. It doesn’t turn me on. I prefer being hard to find and hard to get. Making limited editions and specialized collections. I’m not interested in the Canadian art gallery scene any longer. I don’t need it and personally find institutions to be cold, soulless and boring. I don’t chase fame or wanting to be a something in the art world. It’s a personal matter for me to be more hands on with my brand, skill level and talent. Sharing my work in more intimate settings and experiences.

What’s new and coming down the creative pipeline here @ Jacobson native art in 2025

Good morning to everyone and once again it’s a privilege to share with you all some new and exciting events taking shape for us here @ Jacobson native art. Ever since I first came out here it was my destiny to build our home and family out here. I scouted out this place the Kootenay’s and absolutely fell in love with the vibe. The potential I saw back then was a total breath of fresh air. I had been living in Vancouver for nearly 15 years straight before my visit in 2015. I knew then that the whole reasoning about coming here was for me to build this next chapter in my life. My son was born in Nelson so that officially makes him a kootenay boy. We love it out here and find daily inspiration. The magnitude and power of nature spirit is  transformational on so many levels. With only a small sprinkle of human beings it’s the perfect setting for family growth and creative energy. Way less distractions and crazy people that you’ll find in every city. 

Big changes no doubt and life moves at a gentle and genuine pace. The relationships that we’ve been able to build here have been pretty awesome. I bring a totally new creative energy that many here have never seen. It’s like a fresh start to something I’ve been mastering for 40 years now as an artist. To carve out a new voice and spirit here in the Kootenay’s has been really refreshing. I’m done with city life. Chasing those stupid carrots out there trying to be a something. You just realize that by being here, those things aren’t that important. In fact out here? They don’t mean anything. None of that will save you from a grizzly attack, or being mauled by a cougar. Or being in the crosshairs of an avalanche. Nature kind of strips all the colonial bullshit away. It’s a beautiful thing to be freed from those desires. From those kinda wants.

Things are moving along at a wonderful pace for me and my heart and spirit are joyful being here and having great people around me who want to create together for the benefit of all parties involved. The levels of honesty and transparency with these relationships is amazing. All my partners know exactly what’s up in my world. No secrets and no hiding. I think that’s why we work so well together. From my relationship with Kunze gallery and my incredible partnership with Little giant productions, we all have a solid foundation with one another. No bullshit or weirdness getting in the way. It’s solid gold energy. 

So indeed I’m feeling really happy about this new and exciting energy and we’ve got some more news to share. As many of you know I did a partnership with Sea gods paddle boards out in White rock, BC. It’s been a phenomenal success and we just closed a new deal with them for 2 more designs for 2025 and 2026. I’m feeling inspired and overjoyed as I try to make decisions about my work regarding how I can place it into people’s hands, into situations of them becoming more intimate and involved with my art. The ability to play in water and go out and experience a beautiful adventure with these boards is super dope energy. The boards are all limited editions as well so it’s not mass produced. Looking forward to sharing more of that with Sea gods. 

My fabric lines with northcottt fabrics are doing awesome and I’m getting to see so much creativity being produced out there it’s extraordinary and satisfying. From quilts, to clothing to wall hangings and footwear, it’s been a fascinating journey and the work being done by Quilts for survivors is phenomenal. I feel so privileged and honoured to be able to comfort residential school survivors through this initiative. Definitely one of the greatest highlights of my artistic career. Real meaningful work. The artistic journey is a deeply profound experience with many ups and downs but if you truly believe in yourself and what you do? It’s worth it. Even though the battles may be difficult and tragic sometimes we must continue to persevere and find our way through. Being an artist is like having a backstage pass to how it all works. Life itself is creative and it is in my opinion the original language. 

THE FUTURE IS HERE. THE FUTURE IS WOODLAND A.I. 

Woodland A.I. has been such a welcome new discovery for me and has no doubt given me new life, especially after all the fucked up darkness permeating throughout the current vibes of the woodland school of art. This new invention of mine not only inspires me deeply but bridges the gap between the past, present and future like no other creative process I’ve ever discovered. It’s incredible to be on the cutting edge of creative energy and power with this technology. I have definitely found my new voice with this art form and this new chapter will be my most important regarding my creative legacy. To be the first ever to do this feels pretty neat as well and most definitely separates me and defines me in my own light. I feel good about that. Woodland A.I. is definitely JACOBSON. 

I’ve got 11 new image prompts being prepared for me and I can’t wait to finally get them this weekend. My business partner in Luc @little giant productions is a big part of getting the images prepped so that I can infuse them onto canvases. From there I prep them with colour backgrounds,  design layouts and final paint applications. Coming up with indigenous art the world has never seen, that we only dreamed of doing. I mean, that’s how I truly feel about it. I see A.I. like my creative apprentice, it takes care of so much for me. It never whines or complains. It does what I tell it to do. And it usually gets it right better than I expected. It’s a brilliant edition to my creative process. So on that note we’ve got some exciting new things coming into manifestation and I look forward to sharing more as we continue to move forward. I’m grateful and thankful for all these wonderful new opportunities and creative paths. Life out here in the Kootenay mountains has been one of the greatest decisions of my entire life. I absolutely love it here.

Introducing my friend DMD Productions one of the worlds top A.I. artists. We’ll be working on a couple of collaborations expanding the creativity of Woodland A.I.

 

Feeling super stoked to be working on some future collaborations with my bro in DMD. No doubt he is one of the top creators in artificial intelligence worldwide. We both belong to all the top a..i. Art groups where we are privy to tens of thousands of active daily users creating a.i. art. I’ve seen some spectacular works and this guy is absolutely phenomenal. His primary techniques are of course first and foremost, in how you  exactly choose to communicate with this technology. He also uses Dall-e, photoshop and upscale with Magnific AI. For me he is one of my favourites and a super grateful dude. His skill level is off the fuckin hook. I mean, come on, if that don’t turn you on, what will? 

Exactly. For me I’ve found a whole new level of self expression and in giving birth to woodland A.I, I am so thrilled about where this new invention will take me. I’m constantly finding so much creative freedom and inspiration and my ideas are flowing every single day. I need to become Octopus like….lol 

The amount of detail this brother can create is phenomenal in my view. His eye is spectacular and his ability is super advanced so I’m feeling quite the honour to be working with someone who is essentially a master of their craft. Making image prompts can be a lengthy process and most of the time I do several in one sitting like perhaps 10 to 25 of them. I discard most of them and only keep the best. The ones I’ll use for paintings on canvas. So feel free to enjoy my brothers work and talent. I’m looking forward to having the opportunity to work with this cat….super dope guy. 

So indeed the future looks incredible and the level of talent that I’m connecting with is off the charts. It’s amazing to connect with many of these A.I. artists worldwide. It’s a worldwide phenomenon. I welcome you all to new creative vistas throughout 2025 and I look forward to more headway with artificial intelligence. Agents of the future. Guardians of humanity. An ally, not an enemy.

Good morning to each and everyone and once again we wish you only the best here @ Jacobson native art and a warm welcome into 2025. Like I’ve shared it’s been an incredible year of creative innovation and collaboration. Giving birth to Woodland A.I. this year and transforming the future of indigenous art with this new visionary and cutting edge technology has been such a breath of new fresh air. It’s exhilarating in every sense of the word. My own discovery and invention. A new path forward for me as an artist. I look forward to seeing what happens next for sure. 

Took my boy up the mountain tonight and we did a night time drive on the ATV and had an absolute blast together. We hung out and played “swords of destiny” and “warriors of eternal power”. His current favourite game we made up together and he absolutely loves it. Brings him the best smiles and laughter. I’m so happy being his father. Our bond is the greatest gift I’ve ever known. I see Creator in him all the time. I call him my greatest teacher because that’s exactly what he is. He is so confident and playful. His mind is so fascinating and curious. He just turned 7 years old this month. The CEO of Jacobson native art. My pride and joy. A true privilege walking together side by side on this journey of life. Growing up deep in the Kootenay mountains of BC.(Sagein was born in Nelson so he’s a true Kootenay boy) We live in Mother Nature’s paradise. In the real perfection of it all. Where man is small and nature is grand. Where nature spirit is Alpha.

I’m in a really good place these days. I feel strong, healthy and deeply empowered. My creativity is growing by leaps and bounds and my potential in working with expanding woodland A.I. is simply off the charts. I get to bring into reality visions never before seen where the future becomes my playground. A place where unlimited possibilities can become manifest. It’s exciting energy. When it comes to being here in the Kootenay’s it has become one of my all time favourite places on earth. I absolutely love it here. Bigtime freedom. Big time wingspan. Lots of space to play. 

Here’s to incredible new changes coming forward in 2025. I’m truly blessed to be living the life I live each and everyday. The power of truth has changed me in ways that I feel I am prepared to handle just about anything moving forward. No fear. No hesitation. Being in full control of my self, my thoughts, feelings and actions. I’m ready to go. I’m ready for the future of 2025. Happy new year to you all and thank you for your trust and loyalty in always knowing that I come from the highest good…in love and light, all my relations.

We officially welcome the winter solstice - Wiingyuu Zigwan our indigenous art box collection 2024 / 2025

 

Good evening to all of you who continue to stay in the loop with us here @ Jacobson native art. It’s been an exciting year and we look forward to an incredibly empowering 2025. It’s excellent news that Canada post is back in full swing. We have been moving our indigenous art box collection of winter solstice internationally and things are once again picking up now that we can all ship worldwide and not have any major restraints except for lengths of time. Better than the recent alternative. So I welcome you to this truly official launch now that it is December 21st, 2024. The time of Wiingyuu Zigwan - winter solstice the time of the winter sun.

Thank you for 2024…coming in 2025 will be 2 new projects in my Woodland A.I. celebrating the future of feminine indigenous beauty and future dreamscapes

 

Good morning to each and everyone. Here’s to keeping our spirits up and our continued faith in a brighter future. There’s no doubt that many businesses and individuals are starting to feel the pinch of this national Canada postal strike. I live deep in the Kootenay mountains here in BC. A big part of our business here is relying on shipping across North America and the world. It’s been a challenge as of late navigating this scenario. We designed this incredible art box and the strike is holding us back. People are struggling nationally at the moment now so it’s difficult to move things around. Even purolator and ups has put a hold on moving things. In the meantime we are making sales nationally and internationally. Albeit a much slower grind as I’m sure millions of others are getting restless about it as well. 

So on a positive note it’s been a highly successful year and the amount of creative energy that we’ve been producing here @ Jacobson native art has been absolutely phenomenal. I’m super happy with all the structures that are being built during this phase of my career. I’ve been doing this for 40 years now. I know the woodland school inside and out. There is no one who can rival my expertise and knowledge of all 5 current generations in that genre. Now with woodland A.I. it’s just a whole new level of innovation and creative vision. I have so many new projects manifesting and also maintaining my commissions list which is 24 months to 36 months long. And that continues to build as well. Things are exciting and I’m feeling truly inspired as never before. This cutting edge technology is brilliant. I love playing with it. Here’s these 3 I’ll be doing on celebrating indigenous beauty of the future. I’ll woodland A.I. these and they’ll be a 3 piece series honouring my love and appreciation for feminine power and beauty.

My next project after getting these 3 image prompts laid out and executed will be 4 new images I’ll dedicate to dreamscapes of the future. The creative power in this relationship with A.I. is like I mentioned, absolutely transformational. My vision with it affords me a whole new approach to creating art. It’s such an experience.
