Most definitely we are in a major shift and transition here @ Jacobson native art. These last 2 months have been absolutely transformational on all levels. Sagein is with me now, all the time, every time. It’s him and I now navigating our life forward in a way that we did not see coming. It simply unraveled and became what it is. The fall from grace for anyone who relapses and struggles is absolutely devastating and is a crushing blow for everyone involved. My heart understands and I am also walking my son through the revelation of our family situation. I remind him every day that’s it’s not anything either dadda or Sagein did. It is the bad spirit of alcohol. It is a poison and I try to keep him in the loop as simple and clearly as possible so he knows what’s going on in our adult world, our family world. These new woodland a.i. pieces are a real tribute to our healing and strength as father and son. My boy has all the room in the world to feel and process what he is going through…he has my full and whole support. These pieces symbolize this transformation that we are in.

This second piece is another tribute to my lil Sagein Wisdom. My heart and soul and entire future is with this special little boy. I always tell him he’s my #1. My most favourite human being in the entire universe. That he’s loved forever, eternally by his momma and dadda. Sometimes life is cruel and bitter. It brings fierce resentment, misunderstanding, lack of awareness and frustration. Disappointment. Over time through gratitude and compassion the heart softens with understanding and knowledge. Wisdom transpires when we truly learn from our mistakes. This Thunderbird power tribute embodies that spiritual energy and force. This power I see in my one and only son.

Another new and exciting breakthrough I’ve discovered is taking old shitty photos of my art which had like 240 to 400 kb to remastering them into presentable and higher definition images to 2 to 3 mb. A lot more can be done with these older images I had but never had sufficient photo images in a higher resolution. Now I do with my new genre I’ve created in woodland a.i. The future is absolutely exciting and incredible with how an artist can use and experience the technology. These remastered original paintings will all become new limited editions and we’ll no doubt create some exciting new collections with them as well.

This remastered work also turned out pretty deadly and I’m feeling super stoked that I have this amazing new opportunity to recreate older original paintings I thought were once lost for good. It’s a phenomenal feeling of hope and resurgence for an artist. These will have to be cleaned up in photoshop with little giant productions and we’ll tackle that over the next while…
Woodland A.I. remastered image: A spiritual rebirth. 2026
This 3rd remastered painting was from a terrible photograph and with having this a.i. model fairly trained on my art, it has a very good grasp of what I do. It’s become very efficient and effective in accomplishing my requests and curiosities. I have an acquired respect for its power and intelligence. Its primary function with me is to help me make art. It has a full understanding of my woodland a.i. philosophy and creative approach. It’s the greatest apprentice I’ve ever had. A beautiful collaborator. These times we are in are of great ebb and flow, making these new discoveries and experimenting in such wild innovation is deeply comforting to me as an artist, a father, a son. I’m on my own now as a man and I’m looking forward to each new day with more promise and optimism. Miigwetch for your love, solidarity and support…

Good evening to everyone and I sure hope you are all feeling protected, comforted and loved as we are definitely dealing with dark times on many fronts worldwide. Making art and focusing on creating is no doubt super comforting and healing. My son and I are in good spirits even though we are conscious and aware of the fracture. We continue to press forward exploring new opportunities and doors being opened. We remain hopeful for good blessings to continue to manifest and we have each others back as he so often says. I’m privileged to continue on knowing that many things are simply out of our control and we must turn over all things to our Creator. Seeking that guidance and understanding daily has given us fresh courage and strength.
These new media concepts for building an identity with my new indigenous art genre in Woodland A,I, turned out pretty cool. I obviously chose image 2 of these as it reflects the future spirit and energy of my sister Angie who passed on several years ago. It’s my way to keep her in my daily walk and journey in life. The other 2 turned out deadly and I’m sure I’ll find different ways to introduce them in other media situations. I absolutely love what one can do with A.I. It’s a new world making art with it and combining the technology in my art has been a super profound innovation.

I say Miigwetch to the great spirit of life itself each and every morning and spend time in meditation and contemplation. It clears the path for the day. It’s a good way to operate one’s life on a daily basis. A living spiritual experience. This is how I guide my son. To be an example of the power. That light we find within. These new woodland a.i. remastered original paintings feel that spirit of reflection, of contemplation. Finding the light as we move forward even under pressure and difficulty. The second one symbolizes my boy finding his way through the journey of life. Always looking forward no matter what. Trudging the road of happy destiny. My lil guy, my light, my everything. I send out prayers and blessings to anyone going through a hard time. I’ll be conscious each and everyday regarding the suffering and hurt that others are going through. I will remain to pray…

I’ll clean them up some more so that I can get them print ready for limited editions. I have started with 5 new limited editions in the remastering of my older works into a new and fresh energy with Woodland A.I. I put 2 in an auction recently and they both sold for a decent price. I sign, title and number them all on the back with pen. They look absolutely incredible and I take a video of them as well so that people can get a better feel for the new artworks. So, even though we are facing one of the toughest breaks to our family, both Sagein and I will continue pressing forward in love and solidarity. The door will always remain open for her but I have chosen to move on from what was. There will be other doors to open in the future…

Woodland A.I. Title: Unity and healing in the bear clan sweatlodge. 2026
So, it’s been an absolutely transformational last 7 weeks. My boy and I are walking this next chapter of our lives on our own. The disease of alcoholism and addiction is super powerful. She is gone now without us even knowing what’s going on. No calls for our son in all this time either. It’s sad for my lil guy. He misses his momma and all I can do now is carry everything forward and to find a new path. It hasn’t been easy to digest but that is the nature of reality. It can be unforgiving and super difficult to process. Both him and I are doing our best in this transition. We are currently looking for a new spot to purchase as well. Sagein and I have found this beautiful private stretch of land along the mountain with lake views and mountain ranges all along this property. It’s an artists paradise and both Sagein and I looked at it this week and we are going to make our first bid by early next week. Wish us luck…
This has been an incredible whirlwind of emotions and understandings taking shape and my boy and I are taking really good care of one another and we are also feeling some inspiration and new direction at the same time. My family from Ontario is here and we are getting amazing support and healing. I am confident that this new path forward is the way to go. We”ll feel much more settled with a new gig in the Kootenay mountains of B.C.

These pieces I’ve done with a.i. and getting the chance to remaster them for limited edition print production is also a very exciting new direction. I’ve been working on some projects behind closed doors and will be sharing new and incredible breakthroughs while continuing to keep an open mind with the technology. For me it has opened up a whole new door and as an artist, I see this more as a creative tool than the end of mankind. I stay in the a.i. information spheres and we’ll collectively keep pushing forward but of course with much better ways of dealing with the infrastructure and such…until then, more to come and these images turned out pretty exciting and the connection with my son and our situation, the harmony is dialled in.

Good afternoon from up here deep in the Kootenay Mountains of B.C. We’ve been going through some major changes here @ Jacobson native art and moving forward it’s just going to be my son and I. We can only pray for the highest good for our beloved member of our family but unfortunately we cannot support those decisions and choices. We believe in a solid foundation of sobriety here in our home and will not bend a knee for the disease of addiction and alcoholism for no one. We will continue to move forward practicing the principles in all of our affairs. As best we can, one day at a time. The door for healing will always remain open but we have to take care of ourselves, my boy and I. Life is going to be different but we have embraced the changes as best as we can…
This new series of image prompts will become new woodland a.i. paintings on canvas. I’ll probably choose 3 of this series to build new paintings with and then create some limited edition prints on canvas, some art cards and shirts and hoodies as well. Maybe some blankets too. Any how I just wanted to share some of my creative sessions as these were fun to do. I enjoy pushing the creative envelope forward and I’m excited to put these visions into real time. From the digital to canvas. Then creating collections around them as well.
Any how I send many of you who follow my life and art here all the blessings in the world. Life isn’t easy at times and we get thrown unknown curveballs every now and then. I am grateful for my relationship to the Creator and the positive energy and spirits of life itself. These images are a celebration of finding my self through this process.
