Fuck you to the entire legacy of Norval Morrisseau....and that pathetic estate

 Everything around Norval Morrisseau and his fucked up and pathetic legacy of lies will be exposed. It’s a national travesty for not only Canadians and their investment in Morrisseau but more importantly for our First Nations youth, artists and the very fabric of our culture. It’s absolutely abhorrent and I’ve never felt so disgusted as a woodland school artist.

White colonizers like Gabe Vadas and his filthy fuckin lies are going to be brought to light now. This guy has to be one of the worst examples around our woodland school. A painter for Morrisseau along with his wife in michelle, he has a lot to answer for. Let’s get into the truth:

1: Gabe Vadas was a street hooker when he met Morrisseau. A down and out drug addict who sold himself and his services on the street, on the downtown east side of Vancouver. That’s the truth. 

2: Gabe Vadas was never Norval Morrisseau’s “Adopted son”. He was Morrisseau’s sexual boy toy. Think about that narrative they’ve been dishing out to the public for years. Adopted son? No, he was Norvals slut who eventually graduated to become Morrisseaus part time lover then his pimp. Not his adopted daddy. Why would an adopted father have sex with his adopted son?....Right.

3: It’s all a lie. Designed to trick everybody and create this false narrative that’s been propped up and held onto by Canadian art institutions, the government of Canada, native art galleries, collectors, educators and the estate of Norval Morrisseau. It’s all a scam because underneath this massive pile of bullshit is the reality, the truth, the secrets. 

4: Why is it that Norval Morrisseau became such good friends with Gary Lamont? A now convicted sexual rapist and predator? I know why. Not only was it for the drugs, but Gary himself used to say how he was Norvals pimp. He wanted to be like Norval, a sex shaman. So he procured young sexual gay lovers for Norval Morrisseau. 

5: It’s true what I say. These are the facts and truths I learned in Indian country while I lived in Thunder Bay. These are our hidden stories. These hidden secrets of utter disgust, shame and sexual filth. Norval Morrisseau had a dirty history of taking advantage of the weak, the lost, the broken. This is fact. This is the reality. He’s had his white handlers and enablers protect and cover for him his whole fuckin life. 

6: Gabe Vadas is a broken and sick white settler who lied his way to the top of the Morrisseau food chain. He is severely mentally unstable. A shadow of a man hiding in his secrets, his lies. That is why his whole fuckin family is broken, suffering. Why he can’t perform any of the duties of this fucked up and broken estate. There is an old saying in AA that your only as sick as your secrets. 

7: Gabe Vadas should count his fuckin blessings that I’m sober. He’s nothing. Just a small and weak piece of shit liar. Back in my old days, this guy wouldn’t last a day in my old world. He’d be eaten up and spit out. Feel free to confront me any fuckin time, bitch. Same goes for you Cory Dinky....I mean Dingle. Fuck you too. Your nothing in my world as well. Your just a lying sack of shit. Trying to deny your boss in Gabe Vadas as a painter for Morrisseau. It was michelle Vadas herself who gave me and JZ that photograph. You fuckin dirt bag. 

8: Special message for Cory Dingle: Fuckin try me? You say your going to run right over me? Why don’t you make a trip here to the Kootenay mountains and fuckin try me? Come and see me tough guy? You fuckin bitch monkey. I’ll take you up the mountain, you and me, we’ll go for a little trip. Anytime, bitch. Also you fuckin nut job, stop trying to sound like Norval in your talk. It’s you little pukes who are the psychic leeches. Tryin to spew off Norval Morrisseau “one liners’. 

9: The truth is that Norval Morrisseau was a deviant sexual predator. This is why I have turned my back on this total pile of shit legacy. Norval was an abuser. A sexual abuser. A fuckin scumbag abuser. This is the truth. This is the reality behind the false narrative of  the grand shaman Morrisseau. First of all, we don’t have grand shamans in our culture or stories. Any good indian knows that in nature, there is nothing really grand about the human being or his spiritual understandings that make him or her...”Grand’. That’s white settler mentality. Not the indian mind set. It’s a scam, a false myth perpetrated by you guessed it, the white man. He tends to think like that. 

10: More truth is coming concerning this sexual abuse by Norval Morrisseau. Mark my fuckin words. I’ve had to dig really fuckin deep with this. I wouldn’t say these things if I couldn’t back them up. That is where the power is. It’s in the truth of these discoveries. It all made sense to me when this information came forward recently. It’s devastating. I feel devastated. I feel so betrayed. I feel lied to. I feel absolutely disrespected. And this is the reason why I’ll never honour this mans art or legacy ever again. He is finished. Even in the afterlife, I’m coming for you. You filthy piece of shit...

As hard and ugly and difficult as this is, it has to be brought to light. All of it. It must be exposed. Historic sexual abuse and sex crimes are still sex crimes. Even after death. The recent Netflix documentary on exposing the historic sex crimes of Jimmy Seville is a powerful example of these truths to come. I recently saw this film and was absolutely blown away. The comparisons are very bizarre and this film truly “spoke to me”. It helped me to open this door. This door will be opened. Regardless of what any white settler either thinks or wants to hide...this truth will be exposed. 

This will be the final chapter in my investigations into the art, man, soul and legacy of the disgraced Norval Morrisseau...one of the biggest letdowns of my entire life. More to come....all my relations, MAJ 

Happy new year and from this point forward, I turn my back on the art, legacy and estate of Norval Morrisseau

 

Good evening to each and everyone and I sincerely wish you a happy new year for 2023. Recently there have been huge and dramatic shifts for me and some others I’ve met concerning the legacy of Norval Morrisseau. I’m 100% finished. I’ll never be able to look at or enjoy Norvals art the same ever again.

Holding up the myth, the icon and so-called legend has been completely destroyed. I’ll never see him in that light again. I was fooled to believe many things but that time is over. These new revelations have shifted that like no other force could. 

It’s fuckin devastating and those responsible will definitely be held accountable. There is no turning back from this truth. The legacy has been a gross fuckin lie propelled by mostly the white settler and unfortunately many of us First Nations as well. But indeed what is coming must be told. It must be shared. For after all, these are our stories. This is our space.

Exposing the dysfunctional CEO in Cory Dingle of the Norval Morrisseau estate

I am going to outline several points of clear cut evidence that this liar in Cory Dingle is not the right fit for the estate of Norval Morrisseau. There will be a major shift coming in this regard of the actual estate itself.  As many of you know, I have always been honest and straight forward with each and everyone of you regarding my knowledge and experiences of this investigation. I had a falling out with Cory Dingle this past weekend. I’ll share with you why:

1: Dingle isn’t fit for the role of CEO because he has a major personal invested interest, financially. I know that he has amassed a collection of roughly 200 to 250 Morrisseau paintings. 

2: How did he amass such a collection? He used the Morrisseau fraud as an opportunity to buy paintings when the market was in an upheaval regarding the fakes. He used a fake indigenous identity in gizhemanidoo@gmail.com scouring the Internet like kijiji, ebay, Craigslist,  auction houses, Facebook for deals on buying paintings. 

3: He bought when people were selling during the fraud investigation at rock bottom prices taking advantage of the market in disarray. He was literally preying on the weak Morrisseau collector/owner during this time. 

4: At the time he was no expert whatsoever in Norval Morrisseau art. Never was and never will be. He relied on John Zemanovich, Ritchie Sinclair and me to authenticate what he was finding on the internet through his fake indigenous identity. I have dozens and dozens of email communications around these activities. 

5: He has a dark history with Morrisseau involving drugs, perverted sex, extreme alcoholism, working on Morrisseau paintings himself when he was a young teenage boy in White rock, BC (early 1990’s)

6: Infact he told me a story as a youth with Morrisseau, building him a wooden “fuck chair” with a 2 foot carved wooden dildo as the centrepiece of this bizarre sexual contraption. During this time Morrisseau was a complete fuckin mess getting people around him to secure sexual relations with young sex workers and gay drug addicts. (Many of them underage and illegally obtaining their services) 

7: He is a white settler who unfortunately doesn’t know the size and scope of the woodland school of art. He is no expert on Morrisseau art. He doesn’t know our legends and teachings. He is an exposed liar with self serving motives. He can never be trusted because of his financial interests in safe guarding his Morrisseau collection.

8: He is insulting. He is ignorant and cannot be trusted. This past weekend he tried to get me on board with the estate. I was willing to help but then I caught him in an outright lie. I cannot and will not align myself with that. That was his first mistake with me regarding this. So naturally I was offended. He then proceeded to tell me that he’d run right over me and that I have mental issues and that I’m really angry. He went on to say that I need help and that he gave me his so-called psychological opinion on me. What a fuckin joke this guy is. Really. 

9: He went to say during our text message discussions this weekend that I caused significant loss for the estate financially. He said he had 2 deals fall through for over $140,000.00 because of my articles on this site explaining that those clients didn’t want to buy after reading about the criminal involvement of Christian Morrisseau. Which is fact. Which of course will be exposed in the national criminal police investigation when that time and space happens.....soon. 

10: Hanging me out to dry like that when I’ve been the most consistent person investigating this art fraud and not placing that loss or it’s blame on the Morrisseau family foundation, the estate of Norval Morrisseau, Maslak Mcleod gallery, Kinsmen Robinson gallery in toronto, hundreds of shady dealers in fraud, and fake paintings and their crimes was and is gross negligence of the truth. To pull that move? A big fuck you to Cory Dingle, you dirty and filthy rat. 

Last week I did a deal with selling this Norval Morrisseau painting. It came right to my art studio and was here for a week. I believe that spirit brought this painting to me for several reasons. I’ve been sober for over 24 years now so when it comes to spiritual things happening to me, I can see them. That’s one of the many gifts of sobriety. This painting is titled in pencil on the back: Norval and gabe. Early 1990’s...how ironic. 

Any how I first thought that maybe Norval was sending me this in a way to wanting me to reconcile with Gabe and the estate. But that is more wishful thinking and behind this is a much more dark, sinister and horrifying reality. Because truthfully? There is a much more hidden and darker story to this painting arriving in my presence. A story that I’ve been hesitant to tell because it also involves me and what direction I must go in to truly set this record straight, once and for all. What will be...the final chapter.

I am surrounded by really good people these days. I’m happy to be living my life out here in the Kootenay mountains of B.C. My son is the whole reason why I left Vancouver in 2017 to come out here and raise my child in the pure glory of our Mother Earth. We are doing really well and my son is the centre piece of my entire life. Everything I do is truly for him and for the future generations of our people the great Anishanabe.

We are a people that are strong, resilient and will never surrender to the evil and wicked ways of colonialism. We are healing, from this generation unto the next. There is going to be some really big changes coming to the world of Norval Morrisseau art. As I stated in the last article I had written,  this will indeed be a legacy changing event and will alter the course of Norval Morrisseau’s legacy. It must be done because the Creator and the ancestors say it so. Even the soul of Norval Morrisseau knows what’s coming on the horizon...

That time is now upon us. For the real truth to come out. For the final chapter of this story to be written. For the entire world to see. So that those left behind can truly heal from what is about to be discovered.

Exposing the current corruption and lies of the estate of Norval Morrisseau

I thought this time the estate could be fixed. I thought this time that there was a real chance at healing the lies and deceptions that have plagued the legacy of Norval Morrisseau. I was fuckin wrong. I am literally heartbroken by this. The new CEO of the estate of Norval Morrisseau was a supposedly old friend named Cory Dingle. (Pictured above in the glasses) I had a couple of challenging experiences with the fella previously but thought that this could all be worked out. Not.

I tried being friends with these 2 back then but they became offensive with their white privileged bullshit. I should have never tried to help McCue sell his culturally appropriated art. That was wrong of me. I should have never supported this in the first place. 

I feel so betrayed by this weekend. I actually tried to be open hearted and welcoming but again, the lies. You see, people only usually lie when they got something to hide. And trust me, after this weekend and trying to make a go of this, Cory Dingle tried to deny the truth of this second photo of Gabe Vadas painting Norval Morrisseau art. 

This photo was given to both John Zemanovich and me by Gabes own wife, in michelle Vadas. She wanted the truth to come out, but Gabe made sure to cut off all ties with JZ and I. That was over a decade ago. And still, the estate is fucked up with these lies and continual deceptions. They have time after time tried to control this narrative because they didn’t want this truth to come out. 

I exposed this. I have put this photo out to share with the world that indeed, this estate is corrupt. It is fucked up and can never be trusted. Not at this point. And I’ve been actively involved as an independent investigator for over 17 years now, since I first met them and Norval in 2005. Asked to protect his legacy and from this point forward, never again. Norval Morrisseau art is so washed up on fakes, lies, corruption and filth that’s it’s not worth it to buy Norval Morrisseau art. My advice? 

Run for the fuckin hills. Go buy other native art from living artists. They need it more than white people trying to make a buck off this whole mess. Morrisseau’s legacy will remain fucked for many more years to come. It’s a cesspool of garbage. That’s my conclusion after all these years of trying to help. What a fuckin complete waste of my time. Of my life. I feel so ashamed about this.  

Here is this photo Cory Dingle tried to deceive me by saying this isn’t Norval Morrisseau art that gabe is working on....Right. How fuckin stupid do you think I am? Mr. CEO of the estate? Right. You are an unbelievable sack of shit for trying to lie to me about this. You showed me your hand, your cards. You are willing to do whatever it takes to spin this reality into something else. Not on my watch. I caught you this weekend trying to lie and manipulate me. But I caught you....that’s why you are back peddling now. You are Gabes new henchman. That’s it. It’s still the same sick and mentally ill situation over there. 

Recently I found out about a whole bunch of new information which I’ll be sharing over the next while. You have to realize that the consciousness of the cultural fabric of this country is changing. Indigenous peoples across our stolen lands are waking the fuck up. They as well as myself are sick and tired of having white people control our spaces, stories and narrative. These residential school children being discovered across our lands are giving light to this reality. White settlers are learning quickly that our stories are our stories. They don’t belong to you. They belong to us. And let’s face it, the art and legacy of Norval Morrisseau belongs to his people. It belongs to us. 

We are the culture creators, we are the true legacy of the great Anishanabe. This is our lense. These are our teachings. Yet still? These settlers think it’s all about them. That they are the culture guardians and that they are the gatekeepers of our history and our stories. How wrong this is on so many levels. It’s frightening. It’s perverse when you boil all the shit off and see it as it truly is. This is what happened this weekend. I tried to be open, I tried to give this another chance. But those like Gabe Vadas and Cory Dingle  have shown their hand and have played their cards. Now? I see you for who you really are. Fuckin filthy liars....

Exposing the lies of the Norval Morrisseau estate part: 3 (The fraud behind the fraud)

 Picking up from where we left off with regards to exposing the crimes, lies and bullshit of the Norval Morrisseau estate we are going to enter new territory surrounding this whole empire of darkness. So, here it is for the first time being exposed publicly is an actual photo of Gabe Vadas working on and painting Norval Morrisseau art. This big fat secret has been incubating in the Canadian art scene for years. Nobody really knew how involved both Gabe and Michelle were as Morrisseau’s “caregivers” but here is the true reality. 

I suspected early on that there was way more to: “more than meets the eye” with these two. For one thing they most certainly underestimated me and my level of knowledge and understanding. I’m sure they’ll try to spin it as....”every great artist has apprentices” and helpers. True, but not all apprentices and helpers are suspected of finishing off hundreds and hundreds of paintings. Putting into question not only who actually painted these things but more importantly the validity of authenticity concerning the majority of most of these works being created throughout the 1990’s and 2000’s.  

Ever since I got involved with my investigations regarding this fraud and studying Morrisseau and his techniques and applications I could notice a dramatic shift in the actual style of his works in the 1990’s especially. The forms changed, the work became more childish rather than childlike. The people forms had shifted into little mini “Elvis looking Indians” with sideburns and all. Way less detailing and inlay work. Very novice like. Yes Norval was suffering from Parkinson’s at the time, yes he suffered miserably with that stroke. It took the majority of his skills away. Thus the need for extra more reliable and sturdy hands. 

Never once have they ever come out publicly to announce these truths. Never once have they ever admitted to being Norval Morrisseau’s artistic apprentices. But here it is. You have to ask yourself why all the secrecy? Why keep this hidden from the public? I’ll tell you why: MONEY. That is the underlying reason why. It would be much more difficult to actually get the Canadian art buying public to spend thousands of dollars on this art if it was known that they were being primarily created and manufactured by you guessed it? White settlers. Lol. Precisely why they needed to keep quiet about this. Imagine that huh? Spending thousands and thousands of dollars on a Morrisseau sourced painting being sold through you guessed it? Norvals primary dealer in Kinsmen Robinson gallery out of Toronto Ont. All throughout the 1990’s and 2000’s, hundreds of works of art. Never once stating that many of these paintings being worked on and finished by both Gabe and Michelle Vadas of the Norval Morrisseau estate. 

With Norval being as sick as he was back then, the tremors and shakes were getting too difficult for the master to paint. He needed reliable helpers each and everyday and he had them in Gabe and Michelle. It’s the pink elephant in the room. The shit that got swept underneath the carpet. The real truth that has escaped the world of Norval Morrisseau art. I also have to say that I’ve seen them with my own eyes being very capable artists in their own right. Upon my visits to Nanaimo I would hang out and stay the weekend many times during my visits. They got so comfortable with me that they wanted to impress me. On two separate occasions I watched Gabe draw out a Thunderbird design on a drum in 15 seconds. The drawing was well balanced, a bit immature in design but effective. It could pass the eyes of everyone at KRG. On another occasion it was Michelle’s turn to show me what she could do. She did an amazing drawing on paper of Norval Morrisseau art within 20 minutes. I was impressed. That they could draw and sketch out these designs just like Norval. 

You have to have a masters eye to see it, to put it all together. Couple that with my experience in seeing them actually produce the artform out of thin air like that gave me all the insight I needed to form this perspective. Because none of them including those dysfunctional liars over at KRG who couldn’t authenticate the difference between a plastic bag and a paper one, this gives credence to the reality that all those paintings being sourced from Kinsmen Robinson galleries all throughout the 1990’s and 2000’s are suspect of being executed by white settlers. A young art student working at an art supply store in Michelle and the gay street kid from Hungary Europe. in Gabor Vadas. 

As a concerned consumer who is spending in the tens of thousands of dollars and in some cases like Westerkirk works of art, (spending millions) you bet I’d want to know pertinent information like that. I would want to know all those details so that I could make a better and more Informed decision on my investments. This is a major problem in the art world, to be truthful, it is a world of rattlesnakes, tap dancers and chronic bullshitters....mostly. For me, I truly believe that this is the main reason why they have been hiding in the darkness. Afraid of the discovery of the truth that lays in their hearts each and every day. It’s the fraud behind the fraud and as a First Nations soul who is really the gatekeeper of truth in our woodland school of art, these white settlers need to pipe up and tell the truth. 

Don’t be afraid to expose your truth around this. I seen it with my own eyes. And now so has the world.  You need to be responsible and shed the light on this for future generations. So that they know what is authentic Anishanabe art and what was created by white settlers. You owe this to our children...you owe it to tell the truth. To set the record straight.

Exposing the crimes of the Norval Morrisseau estate part 2: (The betrayal of Norval’s children)

This is another chapter in this Morrisseau mess that needs to be exposed. The deceptions are wide and plenty with this principle fraudster in Norval Morrisseau’s own son in Christian Morrisseau. A criminal cheat who thought he could pull the wool over our eyes by siding up with this criminal enterprise for the sake of the almighty dollar. 

His whole act is a complete sham. Fuelled by his deep resentment and anger he actually went to any lengths to scam the Canadian public and the world of native art, the woodland school in particular. This video makes me wanna barf every single time I watch it. I feel sorry for the soul of Norval Morrisseau. That it ended up being this during the last couple years of his life. 

Betrayed by his own family, his brother in Wolf Morrisseau, his children and most importantly, the one who did the most damage to Norval, his own son in Christian Judas Morrisseau. This arsehole is responsible for literally what is now millions of dollars in sold fraudulent Norval Morrisseau fakes. All being peppered throughout the Internet and sold through shady galleries, websites, auction houses, eBay, kijiji, Walmart and the Bay. 

Not only has this filthy bastard betrayed his father, he betrayed our ancestors. He betrayed all First Nations and Canadians alike. He betrayed all of the children, institutions and schools where kids learn about our culture and arts, he betrayed all of us artists and he betrayed all those who would learn and be inspired by the woodland school of art. This is why when you go down, your apology will mean nothing to me. You should be spending the rest of your life cleaning up this pile of shit you created. You owe a lifetime of amends. It’s that fuckin filthy, bad and utterly disgusting.

Exposing the truth around the Norval Morrisseau estate part 1: Gabe Vadas and the children

 It’s amazing how things work in life and I’ll always be grateful for the truth because it guides me daily through this crazy world we all live in. It’s quite disappointing how the Norval Morrisseau estate try’s to paint people and how they have been absolutely guilty of gross negligence in protecting our culture as First Nations and Canadians alike. So I feel it’s important to get the facts out so that it is absolutely fuckin crystal clear about how the Norval Morrisseau estate sees me and my knowledge of this art fraud investigation. 

This email was sent to the RCMP back in 2010 regarding my expertise in Norval Morrisseau art. It should be clear that obviously my knowledge and expertise has significantly grown since then but I want it completely understood for the sake of history around this and as Norval would so often say, For the record:

This should help to clear up the air because I find it completely disrespectful when I hear asswipes like Gabe Vadas talking smack about me. You know, I hate to say it but I was warned about Gabe Vadas being a snake time and time again and sure enough the reality is that he has proven himself to be untrustworthy. So, now it’s time to share some things I learned of the so-called head of the Norval Morrisseau estate.

Let’s get into the details of my discovery around this investigation. 

#1: The reality in 2022 is that the estate of Norval Morrisseau including the children is fraught with alcoholism and addiction issues. There are serious concerns of mental health and stability for many of Norval Morrisseau’s children including his so-called adopted son in Gabe Vadas. With the many photos found on line with smoking crack, drinking, partying, posing with numerous fake paintings attributed to dear old dad, there is tons of evidence of this reality and it makes for a super unstable energy concerning the reliability of the estate.

#2: Once again here in 2022 concerning these fake black drybrush Morrisseau’s the questions surrounding these statements by the estate of Norval Morrisseau have not been addressed. Here’s the position of Morrisseau’s children and family: (current estate of Morrisseau)

L Time to Re-build the Legacy

For too long we have stayed silent as our father's legacy has been diminished by those with personal agendas.

The internet is overwhelming with opinions on the work of Norval Morrisseau, some are well presented, others obviously biased and at least one that hides behind "anonymous', making personal attacks that have little to do with the issue, and simply reveals the character of the person behind it.

We have come to realize that we have a responsibility to our father, and to the many collectors that have acquired in good faith, works by Norval Morrisseau.

Like everyone we have our opinions, however we are able to give you facts, simple undeniable facts that go to the heart of the issue.
Quite simply, you, the public are being lied to.

On August 28/ 2008, after Norval Morrisseau passed away, it was indicated by Kinsman Robinson on their blog that Norval Morrisseau never signed the back of his paintings using black acrylic paint.

This is a lie.

Our statements are facts, we were there.

Although Norval spent long periods of time away from his family, we have years of experience in watching our father paint and sign his paintings.

My name is Victoria Kakegamic.  I am the eldest of Norval's children.  I watched my father paint many, many times.  I've seen him sign the back of his paintings with black paint, often using his finger to do so.

My name is Pierre Morrisseau.  I am the third eldest of Norval's children.  One time, as I watched my father paint, he looked for a pencil to sign the back of his painting but could not find one.  I told him to use his pinky finger, and he did.  I did see him use his finger and black paint to sign the back of his paintings.

My name is David Morrisseau.  I am the eldest son of Norval and I am a painter myself.  I was inspired and taught by my father.  I spent summers in Winnipeg with my father watching and learning.  During the times I was with my father I watched him sign the back of his paintings with pen, pencil, markers, but mostly with black acrylic paint.

My Name is Christian Morrisseau, son of Norval Morrisseau and like my brother David, I am a painter.  My father showed me the techniques required in 2001 when he was with his family in Thunderbay.  I also witnessed my father sign the back of his paintings with whatever was at hand.  Most often it was with black acrylic paint.

My name is Wilfred (Wolf) Morrisseau.  From 1975 until the late 1980's I lived for extensive periods with my brother Norval.  I was his caregiver, his manager, his helper, whatever was required at the time.  I have seen my brother paint hundreds if not thousands of images.  Like other family members I saw Norval sign the back with a variety of instruments, but mostly with black acrylic paint.  Rarely, due to having so many paintings in progress, the odd piece may not get signed.  The dates and titles were also important to my brother.  Jack Pollack, his first representative had strongly suggested that he sign and title the back for future references.

The last statement is by Marlowe Goring, a gallery operator.  Although not a member of the family his direct knowledge of Norval's signatures is important.

My name is Marlowe Goring. I first met Norval in 1982, when as owner of the "U Frame It' store in Ottawa I framed 20 of Norval's original canvases for Robertson Art Galleries.  Once I had stretched the canvases Norval came to the store and I held the canvases while he signed, titled, and dated the back using black acrylic paint.  Should you wish further clarification you can reach me at Qualicum Frameworks Gallery, 673 Fir St., Qualicum Beach, B.C. Others are also prepared to make similar comments, however we stand by our statements as simple truths from having being there.
Realize that those telling you this lie, did not know Norval in the 70's and 80's.  Kinsman Robinson became his representative in 1990, after the bulk of his best work was done.  Should you have a Norval Morrisseau painting without a signature there are several reputable galleries that can authenticate it for you.

Should you have a Norval Morrisseau painting signed on the back, the same applies, however it is reassuring to note that some 15-20 paintings, signed on the back with acrylic black paint have been examined by Canada's leading forensic examiners, and all were concluded to be signed by Norval Morrisseau.

We apologize for the delay in speaking out, and we hope the truth will allow you to have confidence in our fathers paintings.  After all there has never been a proven fake.

The only case of an alleged fake being challenged in court resulted in Gabe Vadas being unable to prove the painting fake and paying the plaintiff $10,000 plus costs.

The painting was signed on the back in black acrylic paint.

#3: When will the estate of Norval Morrisseau publicly call out and address Kinsmen Robinson galleries for their involvement in selling dozens and dozens of another wave of fake Morrisseau’s? Like the example in the image below:

I know for a fact that the suspect of those fakes has been contacted by me personally, twice. I know that Kinsmen Robinson galleries know that these paintings are fake. The style on the right is what I’m talking about. It should also be noted that the Thunder Bay police and the OPP who are leading this investigation have been made aware of this crime. What is going on with that? These fakes are just as much of a lie about my culture as are the black drybrush. There better be justice for that or otherwise this is not a complete investigation for one. And no one can surely claim that all will be swept up Into one pile of shit as one of you have claimed. 

Without that, you speak too soon about what you think you may know. Kinsmen Robinson gallery along with the former maslak McLeod gallery should be held accountable and responsible for those cultural crimes. In that regard they are no different than Gary Lamont. Exploiting anything and anyone at the cost of a dollar. It’s fuckin gross.

I’ll be watching and waiting for all the exact details to come out. More will be revealed. They’ve told me I’m going to be pleasantly surprised. Again, we’ll see. The one thing I’ve learned more than anything else about this whole thing is that at the end of the day, it’s all about the money. Who’s getting paid. You can bet your green apples that through my Initial efforts with Dallas, we have employed hundreds of people. 

This includes being the main catalysts for righting the ship of authenticity and helping to protect the financial interests of the estate, all galleries worldwide and all police officers and lawyers, judges, who have touched this file.

The reality of the estate of Norval Morrisseau - fakes at Walmart

Good afternoon to each and everyone and a big thank you for all the support and appreciation for the truth and experiences I am honoured to share. I recently found this ad last week where this is what has become of Norval Morrisseau’s artistic legacy. That the public and these corporations are being deceived at such a level of disgrace. 

That people are exposed to these “black drybrush” sexual assault fake paintings spearheaded by the mastermind himself in Gary Lamont, a sexual serial rapist out of Thunder Bay Ontario, is atrocious. The fact that this particular wave has done so much damage is really beyond gross negligence by the entire estate of Morrisseau.

This is beyond embarrassing and it truly reflects why I left the scene in regards to helping the estate of Morrisseau any further. I have absolutely zero affiliations with anyone at the estate of Norval Morrisseau. Thank goodness. I have moved on. My guidance and persistence comes from protecting our culture and the authenticity of our art forms in the woodland school of art. I will continue to be a Shepard and guardian for these reasons. Because as you can see, relying on those at the estate to solve any of these problems has been the real issue at hand.

I am grateful that my capacity to reveal the facts continue to keep this sword of mine as sharp as ever. We will see what other actions take shape as the direct result of my efforts and those who were close to the story. There wouldn’t have been any police investigation if it wasn’t for those efforts of what it took in creating this story and launching the movie and the players who were involved. We are the core of setting the record straight. Not the estate of Norval Morrisseau. For those 0f us who were there, we anticipate a wide and sweeping change of the realities involving what is truly the biggest art fraud in both First Nations and Canadian history.

The crimes, lies and deceptions currently surrounding the art, legacy and estate of Norval Morrisseau

 Good evening friends and fans from all over the world. I’ve been reflecting on experiences and truths that I’ve discovered during my investigations around the art fraud and legacy of my friend and mentor in Norval Morrisseau. I must say that the layers of deceptions, criminal activity and the amount of fake paintings that were being manufactured by Norval’s own children and family members is absolutely staggering to say the least. 

It is truly one of the saddest and most shameful acts of betrayal and disloyalty I have ever seen amongst us First Nations. No wonder the estate of Norval Morrisseau is untrustworthy and riddled with scandal and lies. To turn their backs on their own father the way they have is heartbreaking and selfish. It’s some of the ugliest shit I’ve ever seen in the art world. Embarrassing.

Let’s have a look at some of this garbage that involves the criminal manufacturing and distribution of fake Norval Morrisseau paintings. Remember that there still hasn’t been any charges laid in a current police investigation surrounding this scandal and let’s hope that the current investigation brings these truths to light.

Another example of out right art fraud. Spearheaded by Norval Morrisseau’s own children, brothers and family members. These certificates of authenticity are absolute garbage. Not even worth wiping your own ass with. Just filth that was dished out In hopes of scamming the art buying public. Which in fact they did, in the millions of dollars. This is how those children and family honoured their father in Norval Morrisseau. A disgrace in forgery, crime and lies.
